New leadership emerges at CD Projekt Red.

CD Projekt Red's CEO, Adam Kiciński, will transition to a supervisory role in 2025, stepping down as CEO in a management shake-up.

Having been with the company for 30 years by 2024, he will resign from the management board at the end of that year. Before that, starting from January 1, 2024, he will assume the position of chief strategy officer.

Effective from January 1, 2024, the current chief creative officer Adam Badowski and chief commercial officer Michał Nowakowski will assume joint-CEO positions at CD Projekt Red.

Simultaneously, Adam Kiciński will join the supervisory board, responsible for overseeing the company's activities, issuing recommendations, and adopting resolutions. In October 2022, CD Projekt co-founder and former joint CEO Marcin Iwiński underwent a similar transition, leaving his management board responsibilities to join the supervisory board.

Having been part of CD Projekt Red since its inception in 1994, Kiciński held various positions such as marketing director (1999-2004), co-director (2004), and director (2006).
